Safety, Regulatory & Operational Standards

At TerraPro Commercial Cleaning LLC, safety, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement are foundational operating principles. Our procedures are developed using applicable federal, state, and local regulations together with recognized industry standards, where applicable to the contracted services. Every project is evaluated individually because regulatory requirements vary by industry, facility type, scope of work, and jurisdiction.

TerraPro Credentials

TerraPro personnel maintain OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training together with 40-Hour HAZWOPER, Hazard Communication (HAZCOM), and Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) training. Additional client- or facility-specific training is completed whenever required. Safety meetings, continuing education, SDS review, and equipment-specific instruction are incorporated into our operating program.

Safety Commitment

Every employee has the authority and responsibility to work safely. We believe production never outweighs safety. Appropriate PPE, hazard assessments, chemical review, and client communication are incorporated into project planning before work begins.

Client Satisfaction

Clients should inspect completed work and notify TerraPro within seventy-two (72) hours if contracted services appear incomplete. Verified workmanship-related concerns will be corrected promptly. This policy excludes new contamination, occupant activity, weather effects, or conditions outside the original scope.

Stop Work Authority

Employees are authorized to stop work immediately whenever unsafe conditions, structural instability, unknown chemicals, suspected asbestos or lead, electrical hazards, biohazards, aggressive animals, illegal activity, severe weather, equipment failure, or other significant hazards are encountered. Work resumes only after evaluation and authorization.

Change Order Authority

Hidden conditions, additional labor, inaccessible areas, contamination, client-requested additions, or unforeseen project requirements may require a written Change Order. TerraPro will document the reason, revised scope, pricing, schedule impact, and regulatory considerations. Clients have one hour to respond unless another timeframe is agreed in writing.

Right to Refuse Service

TerraPro may refuse, postpone, or discontinue services when conditions create unreasonable risk, violate law, expose personnel to unmitigated hazards, or materially differ from those represented during estimating.

Scope Integrity

Only work identified within the approved proposal is included. Additional requests may require revised pricing, scheduling, staffing, equipment, or regulatory review.

Documentation

Photographs, measurements, notes, and environmental observations may be collected for quality assurance, insurance, training, and project documentation. Marketing use requires client permission.
